Refund & Rescheduling Policy

At KRS Farm, we work hard to provide a positive experience for all our guests. Because our services and events often require advance preparation and planning, we have the following policy in place:

No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or changes in plans.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens. You may reschedule your visit or event at no additional cost if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time.

Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours in advance may be denied or subject to a rescheduling fee, at our discretion.

Weather Policy

In the event of severe weather or conditions that affect safety, we will contact you to reschedule your visit at no extra charge.
